Apples were once a very important fruit. They were greatly appreciated because of the many possibilities of use. At Sodar, we will squeeze the apples into cider and serve it with the cuisine typical of the time. At the same time, we will show how to prepare apple slices and dry them in the farm oven. We will enrich the evening with the story of Maria Theresa and the "tepka" pear, which grows in the courtyard of the house. The "tepka" variety of pears was of great importance in the Gorenjska region during the reign of Maria Theresa. While squeezing the apple cider we will sing and dance and have a lot of fun.
